Right now, we're looking for someone to provide support with account payables tasks and miscellaneous accounting tasks that may arise. Currently, that would include entering approved invoices into the accounting system, completing check processing for those invoices, uploading them into the file management system, and preparing them to be mailed out.
Currently, those tasks are completed on Thursdays from 10-2 pm, but we are flexible to accommodate schedule needs.
