Manage inquiries from internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with all Richemont Americas policies.ResponsibilitiesEnsure invoices are processed in SAP timely and accurately per Richemont policiesWork with Vendors, Brands, and Functional Areas to identify and resolve billing and/or payment issuesAudit employee expense reports for policy compliance and proper categorization of business expenses. Coordinate payment release or return of reports to employees. Consult with approving managers to resolve deviations from policy.Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding status of invoices, payments, and expense reportsCoordinate month and year end closingsLiaise with Procurement, Vendor Master Data, and Accounting to ensure accurate postingsQualificationsMinimum of two years relevant experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel & PowerPointExperience with SAP or similar ERP system preferredExperience with Concur a plusExcellent communication, organization, and customer service skillsAbility to work both with a team and individuallyTravel to NYC and other domestic locations may be required on occasionRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
