Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Sales to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant - Sales, you will be part of the Operations support team, assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Sales

Location: Cabot, PA

Pay Range: $18.35/hr

Shift: Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Greet, register, and assist visitors to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist Team Leaders in developing, maintaining, and communicating administrative policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory, control stock levels, and assist with supply stocking.
• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions and shipments to the shipping department.
• Communicate with vendors and customers via email, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed.
• Experience with inventory management and administrative support tasks.
• Proficiency in basic data entry and record-keeping.
