We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Shelter Operations Assistant to work directly with our Volunteer Coordinator. If you are someone who loves order, enjoys filing, gets satisfaction from a well-kept inventory, and likes researching community solutions, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Records Management: Assist with accurately filling out, processing, and securely filing shelter paperwork and essential administrative documents.
• Inventory & Donations: Help keep track of our ongoing donations and internal inventory, ensuring we know exactly what supplies we have on hand for our residents.
• Resource Research: Take the initiative to look into local community resources, potential partnerships, or outside services that we could bring into the Brisben Center to further support our residents.

• Self-motivated and comfortable doing independent computer research and administrative tasks.
• Strict Boundary Setting: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the administrative files, identities, and situations of the families staying at the center.
