Banquet Server On-Call – Sheraton Hotel

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after events
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup following the conclusion of functions
- Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banquet serving, catering, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
