We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Bilingual Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our full-time team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in managing front office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Dental Assistant w/ Receptionist Experience
Job Description Warmly greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
Schedule and manage patient appointments, coordinating the dental office calendar effectively.
Maintain precise and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Professionally handle incoming calls; respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
Process medical collections and accurately verify insurance information, including Medicare when applicable.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and tracking documents.
Collaborate closely with dental staff to support optimal patient flow and office operations.
Assist with office management tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and smoothly operating work environment.
part-time $25 - $35 per hour

Shift & ScheduleMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8 AM – 6 PM) and Saturday (10 AM – 4 PM). Sunday closed.
Requirements Bilingual proficiency (English and another language preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations.
Proven experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist, or in a related customer service/administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling patient documentation and files.
Ability to multitask efficiently within a fast-paced setting, balancing front desk duties with administrative responsibilities.
Familiarity with dental office procedures, terminology, and appointment scheduling software preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for professional interaction with patients and staff.
Knowledge and experience with medical billing and collection processes, including insurance verification.
Previous experience within a dental or healthcare administrative environment.
Proficiency in office management software and electronic health record systems.
Customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
