Breakfast Cook

Madison Beach Hotel is looking for a breakfast cook who treats mornings like an art formwhere every plate feels intentional, every detail matters, and every sunrise is part of the experience. At our luxury beach resort, breakfast isn't just a mealit's a quiet moment of indulgence. Fresh pastries still warm, eggs cooked exactly to preference, fruit arranged like it belongs in a gallery. This is where you come in.

Compensation: $19.00-$23.00 based on experience

The Ideal Candidate For This Position

• Experience in breakfast or line cooking (or the skill to make it look effortless)
• A strong sense of timing, presentation, and pride in your craft
• The ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• An appreciation for hospitality that goes beyond the plate
• Early-morning reliabilitysunrise waits for no one
• High school diploma or equivalent required, culinary degree preferred.
• Clear understanding of menu items

What You Will Do

• Craft elevated breakfast dishes with precision and consistencyfrom delicate omelets to beautifully plated seasonal specials
• Anticipate the rhythm of a luxury service: calm, seamless, and never rushed (even when it is)
• Work with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients that deserve respectand a little creativity
• Maintain an immaculate, professional kitchen space that reflects our standards
