Cake Decorator MILFORD, CT (150 BOSTON POST ROAD) POSITION SUMMARY: The Bakery Specialist/Cake Decorator is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Bakery Specialist/Cake Decorator produces high quality cakes and baked goods, maintains department conditions, to include proper ordering, inventory, production, and food safety standards in the Bakery department. The Bakery Specialist/Cake Decorator provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to represent and support Big Y's culture of caring while living our Mission & Vision. Supports Big Y's commitment to Culture & Belonging. Must be proficient in cake decorating and ordering (as assigned) for the entire sales areas of the bakery department. Must project a clean and professional appearance.
