Call Center Appointment Setter

Integrity Home Exteriors is actively seeking a sales driven individual to work full-time as a Call Center Appointment Setter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to hit their goals in our call center. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls
• Call warm leads and follow up with potential customers
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Integrity brand
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly goals

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Daily Tasks:

• Handle inbound calls
• Set appointments
• Call warm leads
• Handle customer conflicts

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer software skills
• Goal Oriented
• Positive Attitude and Competitive Mindset
• Proper phone etiquette
• Ability to maintain positive and upbeat tonality while servicing customers during phone calls
