Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ceramic Engineer with a strong background in glaze formulation, color matching, and clay products manufacturing to lead glaze development and support high-quality production.
This role blends hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, process improvement, and quality assurance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Ceramics, Materials, Chemical, or related) ; 3–5+ years of experience in a ceramic or clay products manufacturing environment; Strong knowledge of ceramic glazes, color development, and production processes with the ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
