About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Learning & Integration Officer for Wealth Management. This newly created executive leadership role is pivotal in the firm's growth, particularly in the successful integration of acquired entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full integration lifecycle, from pre-acquisition planning to post-close optimization, and will be accountable for the operational, technical, and cultural integration of new offices. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that the integration process leads to measurable business success for the newly acquired entities. The Chief Learning & Integration Officer will also be tasked with building and implementing an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, creating scalable integration processes, and establishing programs that support the long-term growth and leadership development of advisors and employees. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in wealth management, financial services, or the RIA industry, with a strong preference for those holding an MBA or advanced degree. The role requires a deep understanding of RIA operations, advisor workflows, compliance, and the custodial landscape, particularly with experience in the relevant technology ecosystems and financial planning platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading post-acquisition integrations, building learning and development programs, and possess the executive presence necessary to influence and lead at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities also include mentoring and developing a high-performing team and managing key third-party partners.
