Responsibilities Maintain organization and efficiency of daily office operations and administrative procedures Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and assist customers and clients as needed Coordinate scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up for sales and project appointments Assist with invoicing for equipment, supplies, and materials Support permitting submissions, tracking, dig safe documentation and inspections Assist production teams with scheduling, staffing, and training coordination Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and compliance tracking Coordinate educational events, training sessions, and marketing initiatives Assist with job costing, commercial billing, materials tracking, and contract review Order and maintain office supplies, uniforms, marketing materials, and project inventory Support closeout documentation for completed construction projects Maintain communication and coordination between sales, office and production teams Qualifications Relevant Experience: 3+ years of administrative, construction coordination, or office management experience Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and time management skills Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously Communication skills: Comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, and clients Pay Range: $25+ DOE Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
