Overview We partner with an experienced commercial GC that has completed projects for major chains such as KFC, Arby's, IHOP, McDonald’s, Dunkin Donuts, etc. Responsibilities Identify restaurant or retail construction opportunities in the Midwest states and submit blueprint sets for bidding. No selling or project management is required. Compensation Paid $400 per approved blueprint set. Requirements Existing network with restaurant or retail construction work. Compatible with your existing agreements and non‑compete clauses. Other Details Flexible, fully remote with no set hours. The GC operates in 40 states and does about $5M in projects per year.
