You will work cross-functionally with our in-house studio and external partners, ensuring seamless production and delivery across work streams.*Must be local to Chicago to work onsite 5x a week! Responsibilities:Support end-to-end production for multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand standards.Coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows to deliver projects on time and within budget.Implement and optimize scalable workflows, leveraging AI tools and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and creative output.Maintain consistent communication across internal teams and external agencies, providing regular updates and managing feedback.Systematically organize, tag and archive project files and final assets for easy access and future reference.Proactively identify and resolve production challenges, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality results.
