• Duration: 7 Months
• Pay Rate: $35/h

Role Overview

We are seeking a Creative Operations Specialist, Media Creative to support the day-to-day execution and operational excellence of a fast-paced Media Creative team. This role partners closely with the Creative Operations Manager to ensure creative projects are efficiently planned, tracked, and delivered across paid and retail media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Operations & Project Execution

• Support end-to-end creative operations including intake, briefing, timeline management, resourcing, and delivery tracking
• Assist with creative intake by gathering requirements, reviewing submissions, and identifying gaps or risks
• Build and maintain detailed project timelines, status reports, and tracking documents
• Ensure projects move efficiently through each stage of the creative workflow

Workflow, Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate across Creative, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Organize and support meetings (status updates, standups, reviews), including notes and action items
• Communicate creative guidelines and best practices to internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively escalate risks, delays, or resource constraints

Tools, Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate project tracking in tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
• Support continuous improvement of workflows, templates, and SOPs
• Organize and manage creative documentation and partner-facing materials

Collaboration & Team Support

• Partner with Creative, Production, and Design teams to ensure proper project scoping and execution
• Support Strategy, Sales, and Account Management with timelines, materials, and coordination
• Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, trafficking, or creative services
• Experience working with creative, design, or marketing teams (agency or retail media experience preferred)
• Familiarity with digital creative development across channels (social, video, onsite, offsite media)
  

Skills & Tools

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Figma, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality output
