DescriptionKforce has a client in Tallahassee, FL that is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst / Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. This individual will leverage Power BI, Snowflake, and advanced SQL to build scalable semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive business decision-making.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree* 5+ years of experience working with business intelligence tools, analytics platforms, or data warehousing solutions* 3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI* Strong experience with Power BI dashboards, semantic models, paginated reports, DAX, and report performance optimization* Advanced SQL development skills, including CTEs, window functions, query optimization, and analytical reporting* Experience designing and supporting dimensional models, star schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables* Experience integrating and reporting from Snowflake data platforms* Experience with metadata management, data lineage documentation, and reporting governance practices* Experience embedding reports into business applications is a plus* Familiarity with CI/CD processes, deployment automation, and version control practices is preferredCompetencies:* Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutionsPreferred:* Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments* Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD processes for Power BI deployments* Experience supporting large-scale reporting and analytics ecosystems* Knowledge of data governance and reporting standards* Target Skill Set: Power BI, DAX, Snowflake, SQL, Data Warehousing, Semantic Models, Star Schema, Dashboard Development, Data Lineage, Business Intelligence, Report Builder, Performance OptimizationJob TypeContractCompensation40 - $45
