We are currently hiring an Electrical Engineer to support a water treatment operations project team in the Elk Valley of British Columbia. Reporting to the Commissioning Project Engineer, this role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems within water treatment facilities — including power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and automation. This is a great opportunity to work on the cutting edge of selenium water treatment technology as part of a collaborative, high-performing operations team.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, strong learning agility, and analytical problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, cross-functional team player with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to thrive in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment.
This role follows an attractive compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, with flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends for projects at different sites as required — located in the breathtaking Elk Valley, where outdoor adventure, work-life balance, and meaningful work come together.
