• Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices and computers using schematics and analysis skills
• Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops with precision soldering and hand tools
• Troubleshoot operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to identify root causes of malfunctions
• Conduct equipment repairs including component replacement, circuit board repairs, and system upgrades
• Utilize technical support skills to assist customers with device setup and software troubleshooting
• Follow detailed repair procedures using schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs
• Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, parts used, and diagnostic findings for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems
• Strong soldering skills and experience with hand tools for precise electronic repairs
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively
• Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex device issues quickly
• Experience with mobile device and computer hardware repair and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with providing technical support in retail sales or field service environments
• Strong understanding of electronic components and equipment repair processes
