1. Native English speakers from English-speaking countries with authentic pronunciation and standard spoken English.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher; must hold a valid teaching certification such as TEFL or TESOL.
3. Passionate about early childhood education; cheerful, patient, and approachable; enjoys interacting with young children.
4. Preference given to candidates with formal teaching experience in kindergartens; familiar with engaging teaching methods for young children.
5. No criminal record; in good health; professional; reliable and responsible work ethic.
6. Available for full-time work and willing to commit to a long-term, stable position. This position is for a full-time foreign English teacher at a preschool, responsible exclusively for teaching preschoolers aged 3–6; it does not involve courses for infants, daycare, or early childhood education for very young children.

The primary responsibilities include conducting daily English classes at the kindergarten, creating an immersive English classroom environment, and leading engaging, interactive English activities to cultivate children’s authentic spoken English proficiency and a love for learning the language. You will collaborate with the kindergarten’s teaching schedule to carry out routine instruction, classroom demonstrations, and specialized activities, focusing on standardized early childhood education. The role is straightforward, and the teaching system is well-established.
