This position is designed for seasoned sellers who can provide the necessary insights and standards to guide AI in executing complex sales workflows. Role Overview

As a Sales Domain Expert, you will leverage your extensive sales experience to audit and enhance sales workflows, create exemplary reference models for AI training, and establish evaluation criteria for AI performance. This is a unique opportunity for accomplished enterprise sellers to contribute to the evolution of AI in sales.

• Set the standard for "good": Review and assess multi-step enterprise sales workflows, identifying discrepancies and providing feedback on AI performance.
• Build golden trajectories: Execute real sales tasks such as prospecting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene to develop expert reference examples for AI training.
• Shape the evaluation: Refine and enhance the rubrics used to evaluate AI outputs, ensuring they accurately reflect the distinctions between exceptional and average selling.
• Work in realistic sandboxes: Engage in test environments that simulate real sales tech stacks, completing workflows across various tools.
• Produce senior-level artifacts: Create high-quality customer-facing materials, including pitches and presentations, that reflect the standards of a senior sales leader.

• Approximately 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales, with a comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with specific examples to demonstrate your success.
• Open to sellers at all levels, including individual contributors, managers, and VPs.
• Proficient with standard enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn additional tools.
• Deep knowledge in CRM administration, sales process management, and data-driven reporting.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail, capable of producing clear and professional customer-facing documents.

• Experience in a two-sided, AI-powered B2B SaaS marketplace, particularly in managing outcome-based campaigns and troubleshooting across integrated systems.

This is a full-time W-2 employment position, fully remote within the United States.

Hourly compensation ranges from $60 to $90.
