We're seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Entry-Level Receptionist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and providing professional support in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will assist with general reception and administrative responsibilities, including responding to inquiries, managing communications, scheduling, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Previous receptionist experience is not required—training and guidance will be provided. Key Responsibilities
Respond professionally to incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Provide helpful and courteous assistance to clients, customers, and team members
Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as needed
Maintain calendars, contact lists, and administrative records
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
Forward messages and communications to the appropriate team members
Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Support general administrative and office tasks
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior receptionist experience required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer and internet skills
Familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
