You lead client relationships from the first inquiry through detailed planning, guiding them through menu development, beverage curation, and design logistics that capture our brand's vision. Once details are finalized, you provide a comprehensive handoff to the Event Coordinator for on-site execution while maintaining oversight to guarantee a seamless, on-brand guest experience.

  • Maintain event listings, details, and payments through reservation, point of sales, and processing systems. Ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Track event performance data, client feedback, and revenue trends to evaluate brand impact and business growth.

4. Team Collaboration and Event Handoff

  • Lead details handoff meeting with the Event Coordinator, providing full event documentation and guidance for execution.
  • Partner across departments to ensure consistent communication, service flow, and guest engagement touchpoints.
  • Participate in post-event reviews to assess brand perception, client satisfaction, and execution effectiveness.

5. Onsite Event Management

  • Serve as the lead on-site contact for brand partnered and offsite events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time and uphold a standard of hospitality and professionalism throughout the event.
