???? Schedule: Hybrid (Monday & Friday work from home)
The Executive Assistant will partner closely with senior leaders and play a key role in managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting a variety of internal and external events.
Because the team collaborates closely with colleagues in India, the ideal candidate will be comfortable occasionally checking emails or joining brief calls outside of traditional hours (evenings or Sunday evenings when needed).

Complex calendar management across multiple executives
Coordination of meetings, travel, and logistics
Planning and supporting high-profile internal and external events
Supporting client-facing initiatives and executive communications
Partnering with leadership across Marketing, Talent, and Go-To-Market teams
Coordinating across global teams and time zones
Ideal Background
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Strong event planning and coordination experience
Experience working with international teams or global executives
Highly organized with strong communication and judgment
Background in venture capital, private equity, executive search, professional services, or tech environments preferred
