Job Description
Farmers Insurance District 63 is looking for our next Agency Owner to join our award-winning agency force.
This role is for someone who wants to learn the insurance business while developing the skills needed to operate an agency of their own in the near future. We will cover the cost of your Missouri insurance licensing and provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and real-world sales experience.
You will work directly with an experienced agent, learn how to build and manage a book of business, and develop the skills required to succeed in this industry. This program is built for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow into a larger opportunity.
