About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, coachable, and goal‐oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Agent . This position is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the insurance and financial services industry. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide comprehensive training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, networking, and community outreach
Educate individuals and families on insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and specialty products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
Assist clients in identifying coverage needs and recommending appropriate Farmers Insurance products
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency
A positive attitude and willingness to be coached
Preferred (but not required)
Sales, customer service, or retail experience
Active P&C License or Life & Health or willingness to obtain. (We sponsor the education needed to get your license).
Interest in long-term career advancement within the insurance industry
