Forklift Operator *Sign On Bonus Eligible - $1,500*
The Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient flow of materials, supplies, and products within our facilities while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP’s high standards in safety and quality.
Shift and Schedule:
This is a full time position working 8 hour shifts . Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Shift: N1 Monday - Wednesday with every other Thursday
Hours: 5:55pm - 6:05am
Position Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
1. Ability to quickly learn and safely operate powered industrial trucks. 6 months of forklift operation experience preferred.
2. Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
Sign-on bonus (less taxes): You will receive a sign-on bonus in the gross amount of $1,500.00 (the “Sign-on Bonus”), to be paid in Two separate payments. The first payment will be in the amount of $300.00 (less applicable taxes) at 30 days. The remaining $1,200.00 will (less applicable taxes) at 9 months. Please note that if you resign for any reason within one year of the last payment date, you will be required to reimburse the Company the full amount of your Sign-on Bonus.
Total Rewards:Pay starting at $24.26 per hour . The employee will move to a higher rate of $25.46 per hou r in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements: Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
1. Lift, push, and pull a minimum 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
2. Ability to bend, stretch and sit or stand during entire shift.
3. Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb into forklift, bend, stoop, and twist.
4. Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.
