At Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, we're not your typical salon. We specialize in kids' haircuts and create an experience families actually look forward to. We're looking for a talented, friendly, and dependable Stylist or Barber to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced with kids or looking for a fresh salon environment with strong earning potential, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

Full-Time: 5 days/week, including weekends
Part-Time: Flexible scheduling available
Shifts: Typically 6-8 hours

What You'll Do

• Provide quality haircuts and styling services for children
• Create a calm, fun, and positive experience for kids and parents
• Build relationships with returning families and loyal clients
• Keep your station clean, organized, and professional
• Support teammates and contribute to a great salon atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Cosmetology or Barber License (required)
• Experience cutting children's hair is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
• Friendly, patient, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

Compensation: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
