Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Hire, train, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry team members to ensure high-quality service. Maintain infection control, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the community. Manage department supplies, equipment, linen inventory, and budget-related purchasing. Conduct inspections, address maintenance or safety concerns, and ensure compliance with community policies and procedures.
