Key responsibilities Partner with immigration attorneys to prepare cases from intake through filing, ensuring compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements Guide clients in document collection and evidence gathering, maintaining clear communication throughout the process Prepare USCIS forms and draft tailored case materials while managing a substantial caseload and tracking deadlines Required qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration, specifically with EB-1A, O-1, and EB-2 NIW cases Experience managing high-volume corporate workloads and direct client communication Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail Comfort with legal technology and case management systems Proactive, problem-solving mindset with high organizational skills
