Your work ensures the organization not only meets but upholds the highest standards of compliance with employment laws and internal policies across the United States and Canada. Responsibilities Each day is different. One moment, you’re diving deep into a workplace concern—gathering facts, conducting interviews, and piecing together a complete and impartial picture. The next, you’re translating those findings into clear, well‑structured written drafts that stand up to scrutiny and reflect both accuracy and integrity. Your ability to investigate thoroughly, analyze critically, and communicate with precision is what turns complexity into actionable insight. You are not just responding to issues—you are helping shape outcomes. With a strong foundation in employment law—including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and ADEA—you ensure every investigation and recommendation is grounded in legal compliance and aligned with company standards.
