Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper plate presentation and food quality
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills and portion control
• Execute scratch cooking techniques including broiling and sautéing
• Manage food costs and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Required Skills:

• Menu Planning: Ability to create and execute menu plans
• Pasta: Proficiency in cooking various types of pasta dishes
• Plate Presentation: Skill in presenting dishes in an appealing manner
• Food Quality: Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality
• Knife Skills: Proficient in using knives safely and effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts
• Batch Cooking
• Fryer Experience

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $34,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $46,000.00
