About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Loan Officer Assistant to support our busy mortgage team in our Raleigh office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced office environment.

No mortgage experience? No problem — we’re happy to train the right person! We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

In this role, you’ll help keep our loan process running smoothly by communicating with clients, organizing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and supporting our loan officers throughout the process.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound calls and direct leads to Loan Officers
  • Follow up with clients using our client tracking system
  • Help collect and organize loan documentation and paperwork
  • Schedule appointments and assist with day-to-day office support
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and team members to keep loans moving efficiently
  • Answer questions and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process
  • Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Process incoming mail and checks
  • Assist with quarterly reports and administrative projects
  • Help with mailers, thank-you notes, and other client appreciation efforts

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree in finance, banking, or a related field is a plus, but not required
