AET (Aetypic) is an architecture, engineering and project/construction management firm in San Francisco, seeks a full-time or part-time Marketing Assistant/Admin. This position will provide administrative and marketing support to the firms. based out of our San Francisco office.

This position will provide administrative and marketing support to the firms. Experience in marketing for architecture a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing:

  • Writing, proof-reading, graphic design and production of marketing materials
  • Preparing all aspects of proposals (RFQs and RFPs), qualifications, presentations, flyers
  • Proposal materials (templates, project descriptions, resumes and graphics)
  • Interview materials (templates, presentations, handouts and graphics)
  • Marketing collateral (business cards, SOQs, conference/event materials, etc.)
  • Marketing materials (templates, qualifications, flyers)
  • Updating databases, files & Record Maintenance (maintain records of resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate)
  • Finding, tracking and generating leads for future work

Web:

  • Website content and blog posts
  • Social media content, documenting office events
  • SEO

Organizations:

  • Volunteer and participate on professional industry organizations
  • Assist in event planning
  • Similar responsibilities as listed above

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support.
  • Printing, collating, assembling, and binding reports, proposal and documents.
  • Administrative and office duties, as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree with 1-5 years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ year of Marketing Experience at an A/E Professional Services Firm
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Mandatory
  • Highly dependable with outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Responsible, committed and self-motivated
  • Team player and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
