Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking to hiring Mechanical Assemblers in Imperial, PA. This position is 1st shift, with hours of work between 7:00am and 3:30PM Monday - Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities
Associates will be responsible for the following tasks including but not limited to:

• Mechanical assembly of products using hand tool (drills, saws, punches, and pneumatic hand tools) as needed
• Ensure products being built are to the highest quality standards
• Training of new personnel as needed.
• Others as assigned

Skills or Qualifications
Associates qualified for this position must have the following:

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with manufacturing equipment and processes
• Analytical problem solver
• Must be capable of reading a tape measure
• General math skills
• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Must be able to use hand tools
• Must be able to work in a safe manner
• Quick learner, able to flex in and out of different jobs on a weekly or sometimes daily basis
