Job Description

Twin City Staffing is hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a well-established, family-owned company in Saint Paul. This is a progressive, skill-development role where you will build precision dies from blueprints and engineered drawings. The position requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous skill improvement.


Location: Saint Paul, MN


Wage: $19.00 - $25.00/hr., DOE


Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Duties of the Mechanical Assembler:

• Build steel rule dies from blueprints and job tickets
• Learn and operate auto-bender equipment and manual tools
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Use and maintain equipment while keeping work areas organized
• Communicate production issues or concerns to supervisors
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with other assigned duties as needed

Requirements of the Mechanical Assembler:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and high attention to detail
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry materials up stairs
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Desire for continuous skill improvement
