This is a unique opportunity to become the architect of our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategy for Surgical Care across the United States, Quebec, and Ontario. Rather than stepping into an established program, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and expanding a high-impact network of thoracic and cardiac surgery thought leaders who will help shape the future of surgical drainage therapy.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing KOL partnershipsand managing scientific events from concept through execution, including educational programs, symposia, and major medical congresses.
