Responsible dedicated individual for full time front desk in our office. Must have experience in a medical practice.
MUST be dependable and does not call out.
Position is for our Marlton Location, however you must be willing to travel to our Woodbury Location as needed.
* must have exceptional organizational skills
* excellent phone skills/ ability to answer multiple phone lines in a busy practice
* positive outlook and upbeat personality, friendly and professional
* ability to recognize what needs to be done without direction
* able to work independently
* appointment scheduling (Azalea Health System)
* checking patients in and out
* EMR data entry
* confirming appointments
* filing, pulling, and prepping medical files
* use of Navinet and other provider portals
* obtaining prior authorizations/ pre-certifications
* prior experience working with Workers Compensation Insurance Companies is a plus
