We are hiring a full-time hospitalist and nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit, well-established team of 6 physicians at Dignity St. John's Hospital Camarillo.
• Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• Daytime hospitalist - 7 AM - 7 PM.
• Nocturnist - 7 PM - 7 AM.
• Rotate through your fair share of days and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage an open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role.
• Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, discharges, and cross coverage depending on the shift.
• Nocturnists will do admissions and cross coverage.

Rewards and Compensation:

• Annual full-time compensation is $300k- $342k, depending on the schedule worked.
  • Full-time, average of 15 shifts per month with opportunities to moonlight.
  • Part-time daily compensation is $1700-$1900 per shift, depending on the shift worked.
