Non-CDL Box Truck Driver | $22 Per Hour ($250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus)| Boston, MA
TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Boston, MA.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, start time 6AM. 8-10 hours per day, averaging 40-50 hours per week.
Pay: $22 Per Hour + OT, ($250 Quarterly Attendance Bonus), $950 - $1,050 Estimated weekly pay
Route Type: local
Freight / Load Type: seafood
Equipment: 16' reefer box truck
Handling: light touch - pallet jack
Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:
License: Non-CDL
Experience: 12 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Equipment Experience: Box truck
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Responsibilities:
Safely operate 16' automatic reefer box truck on local routes
Transport seafood in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks including using a pallet jack for deliveries
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role, including using a pallet jack for deliveries
