JOB SUMMARY The Order Fulfillment Associate is a full‑time position responsible for accurately processing orders provided by the sales team and ensuring efficient execution throughout the fulfillment process. This role plays a key part in maintaining workflow by managing order documentation, supporting product tracking through sublotting, and assisting with tag printing. Flexibility and high accuracy are essential in supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. In this role you ensure order accuracy and efficiency for the fulfillment process, and flex between tasks such as sublotting and printing tags to support overall flow of operations. PAY: $16.50 SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Process daily sales orders promptly and accurately Print and organize order tags for product identification and tracking Perform sublotting to accurately monitor product batches and movement Verify all orders, meet quality standards and customer specifications OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with the sales team to resolve order‑related issues Support other fulfillment roles during peak periods or staff shortages MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Registered Agent Card Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn order management system Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) High level of accuracy and precision Ability to follow directions and work independently Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work overtime when required PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience in high‑volume manufacturing or distribution setting Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks with accuracy and efficiency Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sitting – continuously Standing – occasionally; lifting 10 lbs or less – frequently Walking – occasionally; carrying 11–25 lbs – frequently Bending Over – frequently; lifting 26–50 lbs – occasionally Crawling – not applicable; lifting 51–75 lbs – not applicable Climbing – not applicable; lifting 76–100 lbs – not applicable Reaching Overhead – occasionally; lifting over 100 lbs – not applicable Crouching – occasionally; carrying – frequency not specified Kneeling – frequently; lifting 10 lbs or less – continuously Balancing – occasionally; lifting 11–25 lbs – frequently Pushing or Pulling – occasionally; lifting 26–50 lbs – occasionally Talking – continuously; lifting 51–75 lbs – not applicable Repetitive use of hands/arms – continuously; lifting 76–100 lbs – not applicable Repetitive use of legs – occasionally; lifting over 100 lbs – not applicable Grasping – occasionally; hearing – continuously Eye/Hand Coordination – continuously; visual acuity – continuously Fine Manipulation – continuously; subject to noise – continuously EEO STATEMENT Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc.
