Order Replenishment Merchandiser - Spring, Woodlands, Tomball

Job Location: Spring, Woodlands, Tomball Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Monday - Friday / 7am - Until Route Completed

Valid Drivers License Required, Convenience store and Gas Station Merchandising/Stocking Experience Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.10 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
