We run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in
remodeling their bathroom. You go in, build trust, present solutions, and close on the first visit. No
cold calling. No second chances. One shot.

What we are looking for
We do not care what industry you came from. We care how you are wired. The people who
succeed here have run straight commission before. They have sat across from someone who said
no and found a way through. They are competitive without being pushy, and they listen before they
talk.

If you have sold roofing, pest control, solar, cars, alarms, windows, flooring, or anything else in
someone's home or face-to-face, and you were good at it, we want to meet you.

What you will do
Run pre-set in-home appointments (no lead generation on your end)
Present our bath remodeling solutions using a proven consultative process
Close on the first visit; 90% of our customers who buy do so same day
Represent a nationally recognized brand with industry-leading products and warranty

What you will earn
A successful first-year rep earns $160,000 to $200,000. Top performers go higher. The structure
rewards closers and there is no ceiling.

Before you apply
This role requires evenings and weekends. That is when homeowners are home. That is when the
money is made. If your schedule cannot flex, this will not work.

This is also not a salaried position with commission on top. You are a closer. Your income reflects
your performance. If that model has never worked for you before, it is unlikely to work here.
