PackerNovolex is now hiring for a Packer position in Jerome, Idaho.Compensation: $16.50 per hour + $2.00 shift differential for nights.Available Shift: (7am-7pm) and (7pm-7am) rotating days and nights every 28 days, 2-2-3 schedule.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.Notify the Operator when product does not meet quality specifications; assist with resolution.Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.Set up work area using materials as specified in the work order and replenish materials as needed.Assist the Operator with set-up and/or change over activities as directed.Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.Actively engage in safety programs.Assist other team members as needed.Perform other duties as assigned or needed.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Eligible to work in the United States.Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.Work overtime as required.Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.Commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.Company BenefitsBenefitsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
