Process warranties and core returns in compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies. Provide excellent customer service, resolving complaints or concerns promptly Ensure accuracy of invoices, tickets, and repair orders related to parts transactions. Follow all dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
