Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles. Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance. Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews with a focus on domain-specific compliance and scalability. Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways, trading platforms, and insurance data providers. Experience and Skills 12+ years of Pega development experience, with 3+ years as a Lead System Architect. Pega CLSA certification is mandatory. Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation, DX API, and DevOps pipelines. Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $130000 to $155800 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
