Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing home health physical therapy or comparable outpatient/acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to complete travel between patient homes. Mileage will be reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
• Must be comfortable with a dress code of scrubs or business casual.
• Weekly hour guarantee of 32 hours as stated by the client.
• Degree in Physical Therapy required as specified by client.

• Shift Details: Days 0800-1600.
• Weekly Hours: Client indicates a 32-hour weekly guarantee.

• Coverage Areas: Multiple surrounding towns in Connecticut, including Mansfield, Waterford, Meriden/Wallingford, Waterbury/Naugatuck, Southbury/Newtown, Hamden, and Fairfield regions; clinician may travel within these coverage areas as needed.
