Receptionist

Hours & Compensation:

• PRN/Per Diem
• 8:00am - 4:00pm every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday)
• Holiday rotation: 2 holidays a year working a 5 hour shift
• Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Description:

• Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
• Manages incoming call queue.
• Monitors, screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing camera's and security system.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
• Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required.
• High school diploma required
