As a Recruiter Staffing Specialist - Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. Job Title: Recruiter Staffing Specialist - Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Warren, MI Pay Range: $30.10 What's the Job? Coordinate and manage interview scheduling with precision, proactively resolving conflicts and calendar changes to minimize disruptions for candidates and interview teams. Deliver top-notch candidate care by providing timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Hiring Managers—ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Serve as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition Partners, maintaining open communication and a shared commitment to a seamless hiring experience. Respond to all inquiries with urgency and accuracy, ensuring candidates and stakeholders receive consistent, reliable information throughout the process. Maintain and update candidate records in Workday and other platforms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and consistency. What's Needed? 1+ years of Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiting experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUP Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively What's in it for me?
