The role focus is defined as an Immigration Talent Coordinator with administrative and screening responsibilities.
Role Overview
Workload and Volume: the average volume for this role is approximately 20 phone screens per month. Beyond the initial screening, the role will involve coordinating with the relevant hiring manager if an applicant passes the initial recruiter screen.
Technical Proficiency and Screening Skills: The roles are predominantly technical, such as software engineering, data analysis, and occasionally machine learning engineers. Need exposure to or interest in technical talent, do not need to be an expert in sourcing; can provide coaching on how to conduct these screens using existing internal resources.
Applicant Management and Systems: general Applicant Tracking System (ATS) exposure is expected.
