We've expanded our services to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more!Job Summary: The Plumbing Helper supports the plumbing team by assisting with basic tasks under the supervision of the Foreman. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean job site, delivering materials and tools, and helping with general labor. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals interested in learning the plumbing trade. While not enrolled in a formal apprenticeship program, the Plumbing Helper role can serve as a stepping stone toward future advancement.Key Responsibilities:Assist with basic plumbing tasks and installations.Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow all safety protocols and company policies.Learn from experienced plumbers on the job.Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED.0–1 years of relevant experience.Strong willingness to learn and contribute to a team.Reliable transportation.Physical Demands:Regularly lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally more with assistance.Prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces.Frequent ladder use and work at heights.Regular bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.Frequent use of hands for tools and basic tasks.Good vision and hearing required; use of PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection, is mandatory.Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.Safety Requirements:Comply with OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as needed.Report hazards and follow safe work practices.Work Environment:Indoors and outdoors in various settings, exposed to extreme weather, confined spaces, and high elevations.Protective equipment is required in noisy, dusty, or hazardous environments.Work may involve tight spaces and handling heavy tools.Overtime, weekend, and emergency work may be required.Why Team Kline?Competitive Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability plans.
